Established over a decade ago, Direct Skills was founded on the principles of hard work, commitment, service and innovation.
Realising the need for a specialised service dedicated to supplying talented, experienced, motivated and passionate people to this challenging environment, our founding Directors drew upon more than 35 years’ experience in the civil, building, rail, water, gas and mining industries. Over the years our team has grown in both size and experience – with many of us having served “in the field”. It is this grounding that gives us a strong appreciation that the heart of a project’s success is the quality of its people.
Direct Skills has continued to develop and improve our service delivery – continually innovating and pushing to ensure we have the best quality people. Ten years later our focus remains as strong and progressive as ever - our value system has resulted in a large number of our earliest team members a part of our team to this day.
